  • Community board to chat, swap ideas, meet like-minded people, and compete against others on leadership boards.

1ON1 TRAINING

Description

  • Best for those who have a specific goal in mind, are rehabilitating an injury, or who prefer a 1on1 setting.

  • Program is tailored to your specific goals and needs.

  • Coaching, feedback, and program design provided by Coach Ryan.

Rates

  • First session is half off ($25 total)

  • $50 thereafter

Hidden Lakes Group SAPE Training

GROUP

Description

  • Recommended for most people.

  • Exercise program is tailored to common goals that most people want (stability, endurance, hypertrophy, max strength, power, agility, speed, jumping, etc.)

  • Grouped by population goal (sports performance or adult fitness).

  • Coaching, feedback, and program design provided by Coach Ryan.


Rates

  • 2-3 people: $35 per person

  • 4-6 people: $25 per person

  • 7+ people/Teams: $20 per person
