Over the years I've received questions regarding nutrition from clients in both the athletic and general populations. To make a quicker and more comprehensive of a response, I created a document in PDF form called Nutrition Guidelines.
In the guidelines you'll find a venn-diagram (pictured to left) of the three areas you want to pay special attention to when it comes to your holistic nutrition. There's also detailed
knowledge for each of the three areas, simple tips that you can easily apply into your daily life, and a sample weeklong menu.
