Private 1:1 training brings the benefits of individual attention (exercise programming, nutritional guidance, accountability & motivation), all in an online format that allows you to work at your own schedule.
Who Is This Best For?
This service is best for people who need:
Multiple check-ins per week
High levels of individual attention for accountability & motivation, exercise form feedback, and program modification.
By the end of three (3) months, you will be stronger, better conditioned, and eating a healthier diet. Ultimately, you will have developed healthy exercise, nutrition, and mental strength habits to continue working out on your own.
12 Week Workout Plan customized to your needs, including workout videos with instructions.
Meal Guide customized to your likes/dislikes, including grocery list for meal guide.
Individual check-ins with Logan 3x per week. Check-ins will usually be via in-app messaging, but 15-minute phone/FaceTime/Zoom appointments can be made.
Access to training app, which hosts workout plan and individual workouts, meal guide, food logging, and habit building.
No contract, but 3-month commitments are encouraged for best results.
Complete prescribed workouts.
Log each meal and water consumption in your food diary.
Send one video of you doing an exercise from each workout.
Be honest with the effort you put in and stats you record for workouts.
$199 per month or $549 for 3 months
Month = 4 Weeks; 3 Months = 12 Weeks
$50 for 60 mins (zoom or in-person)

Temporary Freezes will be granted to people who have:
Injuries that deem exercise not possible (with a doctor’s note)
Leaves of absence for personal reasons (up to 90 days)
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Generally 30-45 mins, but they can be shortened or lengthened to fit your needs.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY WORKOUT PLAN OR NEED REVISIONS? CAN IT BE MODIFIED?
Yes, adjustments can be made to your workout plan to fit your needs. This includes the exercises of a workout if you’re unable to do any, and/or the duration of a single workout (shorter or longer to fit your needs). The best exercise program is the one you do.
I HAVE A CERTAIN FOOD PHILOSOPHY THAT I LIKE TO FOLLOW. WILL YOU FORCE ME TO FOLLOW A CERTAIN DIET?
No. The meal guide that is created for you will follow healthy nutrition principles, but will be based on foods that you like. Adjustments can also be made if necessary. The best meal guide is the one you actually follow.
WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS FOR YOU PRIVATELY, INCLUDING ABOUT EXERCISE FORM? CAN I STILL CONTACT YOU?
Yes. You will always be able to reach me with private in-app messaging. For exercise form, you can send me videos of you doing the exercise, and I can provide feedback from there.
